Friary Retail Park, Plymouth

The project involved the extension to the retail park with a new unit being constructed adjacent to the existing store.

The neighbouring tenant had concerns that the sound and vibration of construction might harm the livestock within their store.

Red Twin Limited were appointed by the main contractor Midas Construction to monitor the levels of sound and vibration experienced with the neighbouring store to ascertain whether any unacceptable conditions were experienced. The construction phase lasted 12 weeks.

Our equipment is remotely accessible and we were able to set trigger levels and alerts to warn if thresholds were exceded.
