Red Twin Limited were appointed by the main contractor to develop the technical design, oversee site construction and undertake pre-completion acoustic testing.

The building provides 75 student bedrooms in a mixture of studios and cluster flats and communal spaces on the ground floor with increased separation requirements.

The building used an innovative timber SIP system inside the retained listed façade, with a rear extension.
