Expert Witness - Shotgun Noise

Red Twin Limited were appointed by the defendants (a clay target shooting school) on this complex case involving disturbance caused by gunshot to a neighbour. The claimants also appointed an expert and we agreed a methodology for assessment, undertook a considerable amount of noise measurement, analysed the data in a rigorous manner and reported our findings to the court.

We subsequently reviewed the other side’s evidence and agreed a joint statement.

The case was settled in favour of the defendant.
