Red Twin Limited were appointed by the project architect to assist with the design of a new winery in East Sussex

The project involved undertaking an assessment of a new building to house a distillery, press and bottling facility, laboratories and client areas.

The site was remote (as seen in the image) and registered the lowest 15 minute average noise level we've ever measured, meaning consideration of noise break-out to the surroundings was also a major consideation.
