This £7.6M scheme has provided 150 new student bedrooms in Exeter city centre.

Red Twin Limited were appointed to carry out all internal acoustic consultancy works, providing detailed construction designs and ongoing assistance throughout the project.

The design had an uplift requirement of +3 dB above Building Regulations, which was confirmed via pre-completion testing of the building.
